Product Description
VS-200 has the emergency shut-off function for the valve of high-pressure gas cylinder.Many VS-200 is used in the cylinder cabinet in the factory of semiconductor.
Operation is as following:
1. Releasing mechanism of spiral spring is locked by compressed air during the valve opens.
2. Lock is released by discharging compressed air, then valve is closed.
Characteristics are as following.
1. No power supply is required. VS-200 operates only by air pressure and mechanical energy.
2. Good durability with metal gear mechanism as internal structure.
3. No damage on the valve by adopting spiral spring method.
4. Easy to lock and release by up and down of lever.
